    Our Benefits and Rewards

    Annual Leave

Directors are entitled to 40 days plus bank holidays each completed year.

Option to buy additional annual leave

Sometimes employees may find themselves in a position where they want or need to take additional time off work that is over and above their annual leave entitlement and doesn’t fall under the remit of the special leave policy. In these cases, employees can request to ‘buy’ additional annual leave days.

    Flexible Working

Our flexi scheme gives employees some flexibility on how long, where and when an employee works. Excess hours may be used to either reduce attendance or take flexi-leave.

    Competitive Salary

We offer competitive salaries and incremental pay increases within your grade, alongside any national pay awards.

    Generous Pension Scheme

Employees are automatically enrolled into our Local Government Pensions Scheme with generous employer contributions.

    Trade Unions

Employees are given the opportunity to join a trade union and become a member with GMB, ASCL, NAHT, UCAC, NEU, NASUWT, Unison or Unite.
